the big step is a people based or thematic Partnership. The Partnership covers the whole of Glasgow and its priority target group is children/young people aged 12-25 who are or have been looked after/looked after and accommodated. The primary objective is to tackle the particular exclusion faced by these children/young people, through strategic local partnership approaches, with an emphasis on supporting the transition from care to independence.
