The South West Area Community Planning Partnership Manager Kirsty Collins has overall responsibility for the delivery of Local Community Planning structures in the South West of Glasgow.

The South West team is supported by Regeneration Manager Richard Kelly.

The South West team is supported by four Area Community Planning Officers who facilitate the implementation of community planning at the local level, and work with service providers to ensure the effective delivery of local regeneration services.

Lawrence O'Neill is the Engagement Network Co-ordinator (ENC) for the South West Area.  The role of the ENC is to ensure the processes and arrangements for the planning and co-ordination of community engagement services are established and operate smoothly.  The ENC will work with partners including the community to develop policies, strategies and good practice information.  He will take the lead in further developing the community engagement plan including commissioning specialist support and monitor and review engagement activities.  He will support the work of the Community Reference Groups across the South West of Glasgow.

The team is complemented by an Office Administrator and a Clerical Officer, who ensure the effective day to day running of the Limited company, and assist with the administration of local Community Planning and area-based regeneration.
