Key Publications

This page lists a number of key publications that are important to the delivery of Community Planning and area-based regeneration across Glasgow. Each document can be downloaded by following the relevant link on the right hand side of this page.

Glasgow's Fairer Scotland Fund Proposals 2008 sets out how the Glasgow CPP will invest its allocation of Fairer Scotland Fund monies, and how this investment will contribute to the wider city outcomes set out in Glasgow's Single Outcome Agreement.

Glasgow's Single Outcome Agreement (SOA) - The purpose of the Single Outcome Agreement is to identify areas for improvement and to deliver better outcomes for the people of Glasgow and Scotland, through specific commitments made by Glasgow’s Community Planning Partners and Scottish Government.

Our Vision for Glasgow - The Community Plan 2005 - 2010
sets out the Glasgow CPP's vision for the City and identifies five key themes; a Healthy Glasgow, a Learning Glasgow, a Safe Glasgow, a Vibrant Glasgow and a Working Glasgow.  In addition to these themes the Plan outlines Inclusiveness as a key priority.  It can be downloaded in its entirety by following the link opposite.

The Regeneration Outcome Agreement (ROA) for 2006/08 sets out in detail how the Partnership will prioritise its activities to combat poverty in Glasgow’s most deprived communities. The ROA document provides a detailed strategy for managing its Community Regeneration Fund resources to combat deprivation within Glasgow, and also to address the main themes of the Community Plan. The document can be downloaded by following the link opposite. 

Our ROA Annual Report 2007 08 provides details of the progress made by CPP partners over the past year in investing Community Regeneration Funds across the city. It also reflects upon the overall impact of the ROA programme on the five strategic CPP themes over the three year period 2005-2008.

Our ROA Annual report for 20006/07 summarises the key activities and achievements progressed over the year in order to deliver on Glasgow's three-year ROA. This report provides an over-view of the progress made in the city to deliver area based regeneration services and the advancement of Community Planning structures in Glasgow. There is considerable detail included on the achievements of improving Community Engagement structures, and the implementation of better partnership working. 

Our Governance Framework Document aims to ensure a fair and consistent approach to the governance and operation of all local Community Planning Partnerships across the city.
