The North areas covers the two local Community Planning Partnerships of Maryhill / Kelvin & Canal and Glasgow North East. and is home to 100,000 residents.  Please view the local maps to learn more about the area.

The work of the two local Partnerships and the support body Glasgow Community Planning Ltd are explained in more detail in this mini-site.  We are keen to engage with both local residents and partner bodies in the North to:

• improve public services
• promote partnership working
• encourage community engagement
• co-ordinate regeneration and tackle deprivation
