Just short of 1000 people of all ages took to the streets on a Sunday morning at the end of June 2008 to take part in the D5K Fun Run, again a roaring success. The event, now in its fourth year, attracted people from far and wide, including one family who travelled over 600 miles, together with hundreds of local people.
