There are ten Local Community Planning Partnerships (LCPPs) in Glasgow. Glasgow Community Planning Ltd has organised into five area teams, each of which assists in the delivery of Community Planning across two local Community Planning Partnerships (LCPPs).

The West Area team supports the two local Community Planning Partnership structures of:

• Drumchapel/Anniesland, Garscadden & Scotstounhill; and
• Partick West, Anderston/Hillhead & City 

The West Area is home to 137,000 people, or almost one-in-four of the city population.
