The Drumchapel/Anniesland & Garscadden/Scotstounhill area sits in the North West of the city and is aggregation of the two new multi-member wards of Drumchapel/Anniesland & Garscadden/Scotstounhill. It includes the neighbourhoods of Drumry, Summerhill, Blairdardie, Knightswood, Yoker, Anniesland and Scotstoun. The population of this area is just under 58,000, around 10% of the total city population

Together with the Partick West/Hillhead, Anderston & City Centre CPP, it forms the West area. The West area is served locally by a dedicated team of staff from Glasgow Community Planning Ltd.
